What our members say
My daughter is in competitive dance and was needing extra support for specific things. Marina was amazing! So kind, talented and very helpful. We have seen so much improvement in our daughter with her help. Highly recommend if you have a child in dance!

Marina is an exceptional coach! She has an incredible ability to stay professional but gentle and pleasant. I love the atmosphere of the classes, and the way she is leading it. I'm close to getting the results I dreamed about. Definitely recommend this place and Marina in particular.

I've been involved in sports all my life. I had different trainers, but Marina is one of the best, she organizes workouts well. The set of exercises for the back is very good. My lower back stopped hurting. Exercises give results if you do them regularly. I'm glad I found a good trainer.

I have been going to classes for about a year now, I have noticed big changes in my body. I have become much more flexible and my lower back has stopped hurting, although I usually only go once a week. Marina takes classes very seriously, always comes up with new types of stretches for us, and constantly comes to correct us if something does not work out. I am very glad that I found her classes in Oakville! Thank you for your work!

I go to Marina’s stretching class in Oakville. I’ve been looking for a class like this for a long time, where professionalism, atmosphere, music, and energy are combined. Marina introduces new exercises in each lesson, and they’re rarely repeated. She pays attention to each of her clients and always corrects exercise form. I recommend everyone to attend her stretching class. Afterward, you’ll feel like flying, just like a butterfly.
